Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws for NatWest Current Account Customers who are members of the NatWest Cricket Club

These Terms and Conditions relate to the following Prize Draws:

• Tickets to England vs West Indies Women's NatWest T20 Series Matches;

(a) Prize Draws are open to all NatWest Current Account customers aged 18 or over who are members of the NatWest Cricket Club and who are UK residents. The Prize Draws are not open to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with these draws.

(b) One entry per person per Prize Draw. Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted online at www.natwest.com/cricket using the entrant's unique NatWest Cricket Club Membership Number and by selecting which of the Prize Draws the entrant wishes to enter (entrants can enter one or more or all Prize Draws once). Entries must be received by 10:00am on Thursday 2nd August 2012.

(c) Northern Ireland - no purchase necessary – send your name, address and and details of the Prize Draws you wish to enter on a plain piece of paper to ‘The NWCC Women’s West Indies Match Ticket Customer Prize Draw 2012, M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, 36 Golden Square, London W1F 9EE' for entry. 

(d) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post or as a result of system failures. Proof of posting, completing an online form or sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry. 

(e) Winners will be drawn at random on Thursday 2nd August 2012 after 10:00am. The prize consists of:

Tickets to T20 matches:

The prize consists of one pair of tickets to one of the following matches:

·          England vs. West Indies (NatWest T20 women's match) on Thursday 13th September 2012 at Northants,  Northampton, England – there are 34 prizes to give away for this match.

(f) Travel and accommodation are not included as part of any of the prizes referenced in these Terms and Conditions. Children must be accompanied by their parent of guardian at all times when attending matches. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each individual draw will be drawn based on the match preferences indicated by  the entrant on the entry form.

(g) The promoter prohibits prize winners from advertising the re-sale of the prize in any manner including, without limitation, any online auction. Such action will result in the cancellation of the prize.

(h) The winners will be informed by phone or email within seven days of the Prize Draws taking place, when information about the winners will be available by sending an SAE to ‘The NWCC West Indies Women’s Ticket Customer Prize Draw 2012, M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, 36 Golden Square, London W1F 9EE'.

(i) The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with the Prize Draws.

(j) If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

(k) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
